One of the men who was recently named to XXL‘s 2012 Freshman List, Don Trip, also recently dropped a mixtape. Releasing the mixtape so closely to when the XXL list was announced is a really good marketing move: people who saw his name on the list, but didn’t already know who he was, were probably looking for some music of his to sample, so they probably found his new mixtape. This tape, entitled Guerilla & hosted by DJ Drama, is 17 tracks long and solid all the way through.
